When an application does not work properly or not at all, there are two ways to reset a CECT mobile phone:

Notes:

• After a Hard Reset or Soft Reset, you lose all your data on your mobile (it will be reset to factory settings).
• Reset codes working most CECT phones model (P168, P168 +, I9 …)

Restore Defaults Settings

• In the phone, go to the menu:
• System> Settings> Restore settings. The default code is called: 1122

Soft Reset Code

On the main screen, type:

• *#337#+ call button

Hard Reset Code

On the main screen, type:

• *#6810# + call button

Then:

• *#337# + call button

For P168 models

Note that for this model, when it stop responding and it is impossible to make an hard reset, you can remove the battery from the phone and you will see a small power cell adjacent to the micro SD. Remove it and put it back again, it will reset the phone.
